#TODAY APPLE KEYNOTE PRO#This was a bumper show, revealing four iPhones: the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. (Image credit: Apple) Previous Apple Events: what's happened? Apple Event 2022: what else is coming up? Especially in the face of an impending recession. Delaying until 2023 could be a more likely turnout, to ensure everything is right and ready for such a major hardware play. So, will Apple ever release a Virtual Reality (slash Augmented Reality) headset? The thinking is yes, it's just a case of when. This one's a long shot, really, but that hasn't stopped the rumour mill churning. It's been years since the original HomePod (2017 announcement, 2018 on-sale) so there's room for a follow-up model. The kind of 'bring the family together' kit for the home, showcasing Siri enhancements for voice perhaps. There's surely an opportunity here to bring 'the most powerful Mac ever' to the fore once more, perhaps with an ultra-powerful top-end M2 variant?Įntirely unrelated to the above ultra-powerful kit, there's scope for an all-new HomePod, with a new design, to arrive ahead of the holiday period. The above neatly segues into the only current Mac product that doesn't offer Apple silicon: the Pro (which is still built on Intel hardware, which isn't really Apple's main message any more). It also fits the story of slowly ushering Intel out of the door from Apple's line-up. #TODAY APPLE KEYNOTE UPGRADE#M2, which is already on the market, could clearly be advanced in the same way as that, giving a mid-term upgrade year on year for Apple's silicon. With the earlier M1 architecture, Apple progressed it with Pro, Max and Ultra variants to really ramp up the shared memory and integrated graphics power. It's been a long time since the Mini has received a meaningful update, although with the Mac Studio now released maybe now's the time for Apple to quietly retire the Mini instead. #TODAY APPLE KEYNOTE UPDATE#We'd anticipate a very simple update without many changes beyond the processor options. The M2 chip was revealed at WWDC 2022, but there was no Mac Mini to take advantage of it. It's nothing but speculation right now though. And with iPadOS 16 already revealed in full, a shiny new top-end iPad with the best hardware available would indeed be the ideal way to showcase that. The M1 Max Mac Studio comes with 64GB of unified memory and the M1 Ultra Max Studio comes with a whopping 128GB unified memory. The Pro ought to be the next iteration of iPad to receive an update. Additionally, the Mac Studio with M1 Ultra offers 60% faster performance than Mac Pro with a 26 core CPU. The Mac Studio will come with multiple M1 chips, including the M1 Max which outperforms the Mac Pro as well. Mac Studio comes with multiple ports for connectivity as well and it can connect with up to four displays at the same time. #TODAY APPLE KEYNOTE PORTABLE#This portable CPU can be used with the Studio Display that can connect with it seamlessly. Basically, Apple has integrated the performance of the M1 Ultra in the form factor of Mac Mini. The Mac Studio reimagines what a high-performance desktop looks like. It is called Apple Mac Studio, which is accompanied by Studio Display. M1 Ultra will be combined with the capability of MacOS in a new device with breakthrough performance and connectivity. M1 Ultra delivers more power than fellow 16 core CPUs while using 90% less power. It has a powerful 20 core CPU and a huge 64 core GPU. With Apple M1 Ultra, the company brings low latency, massive bandwidth and power efficiency and performs eight times faster than the original M1 chip. However, Apple is implementing UltraFusion technology to increase the performance of its chip further. Up until now, Apple M1 Max is the most powerful processor by the company to date. Apple is adding one last chip to the Apple family called M1 Ultra.

μt=ρνt Where, νt → Kinematic turbulent viscosity. This applies to the turbulent viscosities also. The dynamic turbulent viscosity is _ī) proportional to the product of turbulent length and time scalesĬ) proportional to the product of kinematic turbulent viscosity and density of the fluidĭ) equal to the product of kinematic turbulent viscosity and density of the fluidĮxplanation: Dynamic viscosity is the product of kinematic viscosity and density in general. It can be expressed as νt∝vl Where, νt → Kinematic turbulent viscosity. The kinematic turbulent viscosity is _Ī) equal to the product of turbulent length and time scalesī) equal to the product of turbulent length and velocity scalesĬ) proportional to the product of turbulent length and velocity scalesĭ) proportional to the product of turbulent length and time scalesĮxplanation: By using dimensional analysis, the relationship between kinematic turbulent viscosity, turbulent length and time scales can be established using the dimensional analysis. So, the value of turbulent viscosity is considered to be close to that of turbulent diffusivity. In turbulent flows, both of these are due to the same mechanism which is eddy mixing. The value of turbulent viscosity is fairly close to that of _Įxplanation: Transport of momentum is due to viscosity and transport of heat or mass is due to diffusivity. Turbulent viscosity ratio is the ratio of dynamic viscosity and turbulent viscosity The Coefficient of Molecular Viscosity is the same value as dynamic viscosity Molecular viscosity is the same as viscosity. Turbulence model: eddy viscosity is proportional to the strain rate and effective viscosity is (roughly) the sum of molecular and eddy viscosity.Įffective viscosity is a sum of molecular viscosity, which is property of fluid, and turbulent viscosity, which is a property of flow and not fluid. Laminar model:there is no eddy viscosity and the effective viscosity is just the molecular viscosity which is purely dependent on temperature and pressure. Therefore, the dynamic viscosity is the force needed by a fluid to overcome its own internal molecular friction so that the fluid can flow.It is calculated by multiplying the kinematic viscosity of a fluid by the fluid's density. 动力粘度(dynamic viscosity),也被称为动态粘度、绝对粘度或简单粘度,记为μ。ĭynamic viscosity is the ratio of the stress on a region of fluid compared to the rate of change it undergoes. Simply put, dynamic viscosity gives you information on the force needed to make the fluid flow at a certain rate, while kinematic viscosity tells how fast. 关系 effective viscosity = turbulent viscosity + molecular viscosity When Keigo finally gets home, they clear the misunderstanding and Tsukasa agrees to let Yuuya stay over until his situation improves. Little does Yuuya know that the place is actually owned by Masaki’s older brother Tsukasa, who takes him for a stalker for lingering around his place. When Sahara Yuuya loses his house in a fire, his university friend Masaki Keigo offers him a solution: to come stay at his place for a while. Because don’t we all know how this is going to end… Perhaps there is a lesson to be learned here: to never go against your destiny. I fell in love with this cute yaoi story, as it was interesting to see how Keiji dealt with his conflicting feelings. To the surprise of us all, pardon the major big spoiler here… it was a guy. Soon enough, Keiji realises that his string becomes connected with someone… Could it be? Could she be the one? But no. But there’s a cute girl he’s enamoured with, and she also has yet to be ‘paired’ with her soul mate. Strangely, the timing of the red string connection with your ‘fated’ partner differs depending on the person, and Keiji has yet to have his one connected. Things went south when his mouth slipped and he asked his parents why dad’s string was attached to someone other than his mum. What if you could see them? Would you give in to your ‘fated’ partner, or reject destiny, and choose someone out of your own freewill? That is the dilemma Keiji faces.Īs a child, despite not being able to touch it, Keiji could see the red string. An invisible red thread believed to connect lovers to each other. I loved both stories! They are unbelievable cute, the first one has more plot and some steamy sex and the second one, just makes you wish it will last longer. Surprisingly, Natsuki’s methods of teaching prove to be easy to understand even for the most unprepared son… and soon, Michiharu not only relaxes, but wants to have a taste of Natsuki.Īkiyama’kun enrolls to a nail artist school dreaming of becoming a nail artist, but apparently he does not have the talent for it and Mizusawa’kun makes sure to show his disgust in every chance he gets… or is it just because Akiyama’kun is such a sticky, lovable person and he’s just jealous of his close proximity with Sensei? Of course, this “minor” detail is not known to Michiharu until he actually meets the person in flesh and gets to choose between start learning or get done. The family is so desperate to see him pass the University entrance exam, that, as a last resort, they send him off to their relative house over the summer break to get some private lessons from none other than the super rumored “extremely gay” cousin, Natsuki. This is the story of Michiharu, the youngest son from an elite family who’s practically good for nothing when it comes to studies. It’s tough being the 3rd son of a family, but this gets only tougher when you’re the 3rd son of a highly educated family and you can’t get more than 5 points in a test! #Nozomu bekumonai mangao password#Manga cover is required something wrong Modify successfully Old password is wrong The size or type of profile is not right Follower Remove The blacklist is empty like my comment: Post You haven't follow anybody yet You have no follower yet You've no message. Quite literately everything gets dumped into Evernote. I’ve been using it since 2010 and so I have so much data in there. I should probably look at using the Apple Notes but quite frankly I just love the simplicity of Evernote. #Dbngin mac windowsIf you’re a little OCD about keeping your open windows organized then Moom will help. Happy to be trying out the Apple Silicone version, hoping to see things feel slightly more responsive. Use what you feel comfortable with and certainly always go for the best tool for the job. #Dbngin mac licenseI’ve paid for a license for this for a long time. I’ve tried a few over the years but GitTower is the winner for me. I’m a huge fan of using something with a GUI. I know people like to stay retro and use the CLI for Git but I’ve never been able to get into that. Once you set your preferences to match your needs it’s so quick and easy to “jump on a call”. Much prefer this than Google Hangouts and MS Teams etc. Telegram – Useful for notifications (& people who don’t like Slack -)).Skype – Business chat with people I cannot connect with in Slack.I hate that I have to install, manage and use so many differnt chat apps but that’s the world we live in. We have project channels (shared with a partner) and I have channels for deployment notifications, website uptime issues, etc. Slacks the core of all my communication at Successful Media and I try and invite as many external partners into Slack as possible. Passport copies, travel insurance, receipts for expensive items, photos of childhood memories… it’s all in DropBox. #Dbngin mac codeThe only thing that’s not in DropBox is the code that I have in Git. Since the very early days, I’ve been using DropBox. The other thing I like is that you create one login for Spark and then once you sign into that on Laptop, iPhone and iPad everything is in sync. I love the “ Smart Inbox” which helps me see at a glance what’s new and important to me. There are hundreds of email clients out there and everyone has their own personal preference about how email should work. With convenient apps for all devices and helpful browser extensions, it’s a no-brainer for me. I don’t even think about passwords anymore, I just use a unique one for each service and store it in 1Password. #Dbngin mac installI’m going to add what I install (in no particular order) to this page. Moreover, the databases I created with PgAdmin worked as expected but were entirely distinct from the database I created with psql, even if they had the same names.I know everyone does these posts but I always find it helpful to document this sort of thing just in case it’s useful to others. As a matter of fact I could kill all of the running postgres servers and still have a working PgAdmin. What I got was PgAdmin 4, which also worked, but did not attach to, nor create, a postgres server. So I went to and installed postgres from there. One thing I need which is not on my system is pg_restore. I can use it to create databases and issue SQL statements. So far so good, in that psql behaves exactly as expected. Somehow I also have a psql client on my system which, on each invocation, starts and attaches to a postgres sever. I don't know if DBngin installed postgres or if Postgres comes with Big Sur by default, but when I start postgres with DBngin, a whole bunch of postgres processes are created. One of the things I did was to install something called DBngin, which allows me to start and stop postgres processes. There is something very strange about running Postgresql on my iMac with Big Sur. This study led to expert speculation that the average wine drinker may eat healthier than the average beer drinker. A 2006 study of grocery store purchases in Denmark found that people who bought wine also tended to buy more fruits, vegetables, and other healthy foods than people who bought beer. And the belief that red wine is healthier than other alcoholic beverages took root.īut beer may have gotten a bad rap. Red wine, more so than white, is packed with resveratrol. Later work zeroed in on a group of compounds found in grapes, called polyphenols-and in particular, resveratrol-as the likeliest source of wine’s ostensible health benefits. Other research from around that time found that people who drank wine, as opposed to beer, enjoyed lower mortality risks. A 1992 study in The Lancet found evidence that drinking wine and other types of alcohol could prevent or reduce arterial blockages. Moderate wine consumption is a component of traditional Mediterranean diets, which research associates with lower rates of disease and mortality. Some called this phenomenon the “French paradox,” and they went to work figuring out an explanation. Beginning in the 1980s, researchers noticed that the French-despite typically eating a diet with lots of foods containing saturated fat and cholesterol-had lower than expected rates of heart disease and early death. |
